We may collect two kinds of information when you visit our site – (i) Personally Identifiable Information or Personal Information and (ii) non-personally identifiable information (meaning, information that cannot be used to identify who you are). Our Privacy Policy covers both types of information.

Personally Identifiable Information: The Personally Identifiable Information we may collect from you include but are not limited to: your name; title; username; password; email address; social media handle; home and/or business address; home and/or business telephone, wireless and/or fax number; credit card and other payment information; billing address and shipping address (if you make purchases through the services provided on the Site); demographic information; your location; art interests or preferences; art purchases; payment history; live chats and customer service phone calls; survey responses to the extent that you include personal information; and/or other information that may identify you as an individual or allow online or offline contact with you as an individual. We take your financial security very seriously, and will keep any such records confidential. If and when you submit your email address, but at a later time decide that you no longer want to receive communications from us, you are free to unsubscribe from our mailing list via the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any emails you have received. Further, you may send an email to us at info@yellowhibiscusgallery.com to request to “unsubscribe.”

Non – Personally Identifiable Information: We may also collect, or have third party service providers or partners collect on our behalf, certain information concerning your uses of our Site. The following should give you an idea of the type of information that we collect.

IP Address and Click-stream Data: Our server automatically collects data about your server’s Internet address when you visit us. This information, known as an Internet Protocol address, or IP Address, is a number that’s automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider whenever you are on the Internet. When you request pages from our Site, our servers may log your IP Address and sometimes your domain name. Your IP Address is used to help identify you and to gather demographic information about our customers as a whole. Our server may also record the referring page that linked you to us (e.g., another website or a search engine); the pages you visit on the Site; the web site you visit after this Site; the ads you see and/or click on; other information about the type of web browser, computer, platform, related software and settings you are using; any search terms you have entered on the Site or a referral site; and other web usage activity and data logged by our web servers. We will use this information for internal system administration, to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Site, and to customize your user experience. This information may also be used to gather demographic information, such as country of origin and Internet Service Provider. We may link this information with your Personally Identifiable Information.

Cookies: If you have permitted your computer to accept “cookies,” we may use “cookies” to keep, and sometimes track, information about you. Cookies are small data files that are sent to your browser or related software from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies track where you travel on our Site and what you look at, and purchase. They may store the information in your shopping cart, and/or your username and/or password, and we may use them to deliver specific messages to you (for example, to announce anew feature that was added since the last time you visited the Site). A cookie may enable us to relate your use of our Site to other information about you, including your Personal Information. All of these purposes serve to improve and personalize your experience on our Site. Most Web browsers can be set to inform you when a cookie has been sent to you and provide you with the opportunity to refuse that cookie. Additionally, if you have a Flash player installed on your computer, your Flash player can be set to reject or delete Flash cookies. However, refusing a cookie may, in some cases, preclude you from using, or negatively impact the display or function of, the Site or certain areas or features of the Site.

Clear GIFs: We may also use “clear GIFs” (aka “Web beacons” or “pixeltags”) or similar technologies, in the Site and/or in our communications with you, to enable us to evaluate website usage information about visitors to the Site, target campaigns, upgrade visitor information, and know whether you have visited our web page or received a message. A clear GIFis typically a one-pixel transparent image (although it can be a visible image as well), located on a Web page or in an e-mail or other type of message, which is retrieved from a remote site on the Internet thus enabling the verification of an individual’s viewing or receipt of a Web page or message. A clear gif may enable us to relate your viewing or receipt of a web page or message to other information about you, including your Personally Identifiable Information.

Third Party Sites: Our customers are active in many different communities, both offline and online, and we like facilitating that wherever we can. Some parts of our Site can be linked up with other accounts you have, such as your Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, or Google+ account (“Third Party Accounts”). If you link to Third Party Accounts from our Site, we may collect some information about your use of the Third Party Account. We will only be able to collect the information if you've authorized the Third Party Service to provide us with that information or if you've made the information public. Additionally, if you mention us through your Third Party Account, we may collect information and content related to your comment that is publicly available. If you wish to limit the information available to us, you should be sure to manage the privacy settings of your Third Party Accounts. We may also collect and store publicly available information about your contacts and friends from the linked Third Party Account. This information may include their photo, name, email address, birthday, interests or other content you can see when you access such profiles on those Third Party Services. We may also collect and store information if you invite other users to the Site by providing us with their Personal Information. Note that these sites may collect Personal Information about you. We do not control sites that are operated by third party entities, and are not responsible for the information practices of these sites. This Privacy Policy does not address the information practices of those other sites.
